I really don’t know, but there were some seriously awful graphics packages in the 2000's. Wouldn’t surprise me at all if it was a factory or dealer option.

Sort of. That one definitely no but they did have Daytona editions but the highlighting color was a matte black. And Im pretty sure they never made one in silver.

Stripes are all wrong. That generation Charger Daytona was like this:
All of them had black stripe/black wing/trunk panel.
